Why work with us
We are local
Ocean Physiotherapy is a locally owned and operated physiotherapy practice based in Drysdale and serving the Bellarine Peninsula.
We understand the local community, the importance of accessible care, and the value of building trusted relationships with clients, families, referrers and local organisations - because we are a part of it.
We offer meaningful and person-centred physiotherapy
Our work is practical, thoughtful and grounded in clinical reasoning.
We don't just want to fill appointments. We aim to help people understand what is happening, what can be improved, and what steps will help them move forward with more clarity and confidence. The client's best interests are at the core of everything we do.
You can help shape the ideal role for you
As our service continues to grow, we want team members who can contribute ideas and to shape the service around our team. We strive to provide a positive culture where you can show your initiative and to be confident that your role and caseload will grow with you.
Invested in long term relationships
Our goal is to build sustainable roles where clinicians can do meaningful work, develop professionally and feel valued for their contributions. We want our team to feel supported and respected, as well as remunerated.
